LeitnerLeitner Romania merges with the local company Adevaris
LeitnerLeitner and Adevaris join forces in Romania in January 2010, estimating for the following year an increase of the turnover with 25%, based especially on developing the accounting, payroll and tax advisory departments
LeitnerLeitner, one of the most important international companies for tax, audit and financial advisory in Central and Eastern Europe, merges with the local company Adevaris. Following the merger, LeitnerLeitner Romania offers integrated services for financial advisory.
„LeitnerLeitner is present in Romania since December last year, through an office of tax advisory. The LeitnerLeitner expansion politics consists in merging with a local company, thus combining the sound knowledge of the local market with the international expertise. Adevaris has been offering since 2003 specialized financial services, being known especially within the German, Austrian and Swiss origin companies acting in Romania”, René Schöb, new LeitnerLeitner Romania partner, explains.
For 2010, the company estimates increased business with 25%, contributing with approximately 5% to the achievement of the LeitnerLeitner International turnover.
„In 2010, most of the companies will be preoccupied to redress their business, to build more solid grounds for development in the following years. This is why the growth of LeitnerLeitner Romania is based especially on the accounting, payroll and tax advisory services, which will contribute with 75% to achieving the turnover”, René Schöb declares.
LeitnerLeitner Romania will have over 200 clients, more than 95% of whom are international companies. Among the most important clients are Hervis Sport and Fashion, Angelo Hotel (Warimpex Austria), the chocolate producer Heidi, Viena Forta Naturala (Wien Energie), Mazda, Romanian Project Companies of Raiffeisen Leasing GmbH Vienna, Peek & Cloppenburg, Boehringer Ingelheim, Candy Hoover, Multivac and E-boda.
The local LeitnerLeitner team will have more than 30 professionals. In the local management of the company there will be two partners (René Schöb and Dino Ebneter) and three directors (Bogdan Voinescu, Luminita Bornoiu, Mihaela Cojocaru).
