New Taxand Publication on International Business Reorganisation

LeitnerLeitner has contributed to a new publication on international business reorganisation, developed in collaboration with Taxand firms across several European jurisdictions.

Drawing on expertise from Germany, France, Switzerland and Austria, the publication examines the overarching legal and tax framework alongside key jurisdictional differences relevant in practice. It covers a range of reorganisation scenarios – from cross-border mergers to spin-offs and outbound reorganisations – and the key tax and legal considerations they involve.
